Water Chestnut Cake (600g)

Our Water Chestnut Cake is made with finely shredded Chinese water chestnut and steamed to create a soft, translucent jelly-like texture. A yum cha favourite, it is prized for its subtle sweetness and refreshing crunch. Enjoyed steamed or lightly pan fried, it remains a timeless classic across generations.

Keep frozen at –18 °C. Do not refreeze once thawed.

  • Steam 10-12

Pan Fry Cake

Slice into 1.5-2cm thick pieces. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add frozen pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden, or heated through.

Steam 10-12

Place frozen pieces in a lined steamer. Steam over rapidly boiling water for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
