Order through our website by adding items to your cart and checking out. Once submitted, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

We deliver to selected Sydney suburbs within a 15km radius of Marrickville. Delivery eligibility can be checked at checkout. If you need to confirm your suburb ahead of time, our Delivery page has the full list.

We deliver Monday to Friday, and most suburbs receive delivery on a set day each week. Orders placed before 3:00 pm will be delivered on your suburb’s next scheduled delivery day.

You’ll need to be home unless you select Authority to Leave. If you choose this option, responsibility for correct storage passes to you once the order has been delivered.

Orders are packed with insulated materials and ice packs to keep products frozen during transit. If anything arrives defrosted or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours so we can help.

Click and Collect is available from our Marrickville store during opening hours. For details on pick-up instructions and times, please see our Click and Collect page.

You can request a change if your order hasn’t been packed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist. Once your order is prepared for dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.

We offer hot catering platters prepared fresh and delivered ready to serve. They’re ideal for parties, workplace lunches and celebrations. Our full catering menu is available on the Catering page.

Two business days’ notice is required. Orders are confirmed once you receive an email or SMS.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

We cater for workplace lunches, meetings and corporate events, offering options suitable for both small and large teams.

We regularly cater for celebrations, community gatherings and larger groups. Our team can help plan quantities and logistics to suit your event.

Our platters are fixed, but we may be able to assist with specific quantities or individual items depending on availability. Minimum order quantities apply.

Every dumpling and bun is individually handcrafted using traditional Cantonese techniques passed down through generations.

We prepare our fillings fresh each day and freeze our dim sum immediately to lock in flavour and texture.

We do not add artificial preservatives or artificial flavours.

We use Australian ingredients wherever possible, including fresh produce and meat. Some Asian sauces and condiments are sourced from overseas manufacturers to maintain authentic flavour.

Our products are made in a facility that handles gluten, soy, sesame, egg, dairy, nuts and crustacea. While care is taken, we cannot guarantee products are allergen-free.

We have a delicious range of meat-free dim sum. Customer favourites include our Vegetable Spring Roll, Vegetable Gyoza, Buddha’s Delight Dumpling and all of our sweet buns.

Cooking instructions are printed on each package. Most items can be steamed, boiled or microwaved depending on the product.

No. Our products are designed to be cooked straight from frozen for best results.

Place dumplings in a steamer lined with baking paper or cabbage leaves, then steam from frozen for the recommended time.

Many buns and selected dumplings can be microwaved. Always follow the instructions on the packaging.

Keep frozen at –18°C or below. Once thawed, products should not be refrozen.
