We manage all deliveries in-house. While we aim to meet all scheduled timeframes, deliveries may be affected by traffic, courier delays, weather or other unforeseen events.
We deliver to different Sydney regions on set days each week (excluding weekends and public holidays).
To receive your order on your suburb’s allocated delivery day, your order must be placed by 3:00 pm the day before.
If your order is placed after 3:00 pm, it will be delivered on your suburb’s delivery day the following week.
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery schedule.

We currently deliver to selected suburbs within a 15km radius of Marrickville 2204 NSW.
All orders are packed in cartons with ice packs to help maintain safe temperatures during transit. Products should arrive firm and frozen.
If anything arrives defrosted or damaged, please refer to our Returns Policy for next steps.
Orders may be left at the delivery address if safe to do so.
Once delivered, responsibility for correct storage rests with the customer.
If you prefer no Authority to Leave, please specify during checkout (redelivery fees may apply).

If you need products sooner, you are welcome to purchase directly during opening hours.
Delivery is a flat rate of $15 across our service areas, with free delivery on orders over $150.
