Our Vegetable Gyoza is filled with a savoury mix of vegetables, wrapped in a thin dumpling skin. A vegetarian favourite enjoyed pan seared for a delicious crispy texture or steamed for a hearty meal.
Keep frozen at –18 °C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Pan Fry & Steam
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add frozen pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes until base is golden. Add ¼ cup of water, cover, and steam for 4-5 minutes, or until cooked through.
Steam 8-12
Place frozen pieces in a lined steamer. Steam over rapidly boiling water for 8-12 minutes, or until heated through.
