Our Beef Tripe is prepared in the classic yum cha style, coated in a savoury black bean and garlic sauce with a touch of chilli. Rich, full flavoured, and deeply traditional, it is a favourite for those who enjoy authentic Chinese dishes. Best enjoyed as part of a shared yum cha selection.

Keep frozen at –18 °C. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Steam Plated 10-15

Place a plated portion in a lined steamer. Steam over rapidly boiling water for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.

Microwave Plated

Place portion on a microwave-safe dish. Cover and heat on high for 4-5 minutes (based on a 900W microwave), stirring halfway through. Ensure product is heated through before serving.
