Our Beef Balls are made with finely minced beef and gently seasoned to deliver a juicy, bouncy bite with the signature “QQ” texture loved in yum cha. A long-time favourite, they are savoury, comforting, and perfect for sharing.

Keep frozen at –18 °C. Do not refreeze once thawed.

  • Steam Balls 7-10

Boil 6-8

Bring water to a rolling boil. Add frozen pieces and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until heated through. Drain and serve.

Steam Balls 7-10

Place frozen pieces in a lined steamer. Steam over rapidly boiling water for 7-10 minutes, or until heated through.
