Our BBQ Pork Pastry, also known as Char Siu Sou, is a classic Cantonese baked pastry filled with sweet savoury BBQ pork. Encased in flaky layers of pastry, it’s a unique traditional snack enjoyed alongside tea.
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Best consumed within 2–3 days of purchase.
