We manage all deliveries in-house. While we aim to meet all scheduled timeframes, deliveries may be affected by traffic, courier delays, weather or other unforeseen events.
Order Cut-Off Times
We deliver to different Sydney regions on set days each week (excluding weekends and public holidays).
To receive your order on your suburb’s allocated delivery day, your order must be placed by 3:00 pm the day before.
If your order is placed after 3:00pm, it will be delivered on your suburb’s delivery day the following week.
Delivery Schedule:
Monday: Sydney CBD, Northern Suburbs
Tuesday: Inner west, Western Sydney
Wednesday: Sydney CBD, Hills District
Thursday: Southern Suburbs
Friday: Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs

We currently deliver to selected suburbs within a 15km radius of Marrickville 2204 NSW.
How We Pack Your Order
All orders are packed in cartons with ice packs to help maintain safe temperatures during transit. Products should arrive firm and frozen.
If anything arrives defrosted or damaged, please refer to our Returns Policy for next steps.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
Orders may be left at the delivery address if safe to do so.
Once delivered, responsibility for correct storage rests with the customer.
If you prefer no Authority to Leave, please specify during checkout (redelivery fees may apply).
Click & Collect
Choose Click & Collect at checkout to pick up your order directly from our Marrickville cool room. Orders must be collected on the scheduled pick-up day.

Click & Collect is available from our Marrickville factory retail store, offering the fastest way to pick up your dim sum fresh from our kitchen. For all catering orders please refer to our Catering Policy.
How It Works
Place your order online and select Click & Collect at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email, followed by a notification when your order is ready.

If you require next-day collection, please place your order by 3:00 pm the day prior.

Please present your order confirmation email or order number, along with a valid ID when collecting.
Storage Responsibility
Orders are stored frozen until collection. Please transport frozen items appropriately, especially in warm weather. We recommend bringing a cooler bag or esky.
Uncollected Orders
Click & Collect orders should be collected on the scheduled pick-up day. We can hold your order for up to 7 business days from when the order is placed. As our products are frozen and perishable, any order not collected within this timeframe will be cancelled without refund.
Changing Your Collection Time
If you need to change your pick-up day or time, please call us (02) 9557 6878 as early as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been packed.
