Our Sticky Rice Bun is filled with glutinous rice and savoury ingredients, wrapped in a soft bun and gently steamed. Hearty and satisfying, it offers a comforting bite with familiar flavours. A traditional bun best served steamed.
We take great pride in our dim sims, wrapping them by hand every day with local Australian ingredients and a whole lotta love, the same way we’ve done since 1984. Each piece is frozen fresh, giving you the comfort of handmade yum cha, ready to cook whenever you are.
Handmade in Australia using a blend of local and imported ingredients. We use Australian meat and fresh produce wherever possible, and select authentic Asian sauces and condiments from trusted overseas manufacturers to maintain traditional flavour.
