Our Rice Dumpling, also known as Zongzi, is made with glutinous rice and savoury seasoned pork, wrapped in bamboo leaves for its signature aroma and flavour. Traditionally enjoyed during the Dragon Boat Festival, Zongzi honours the story of Qu Yuan, a Chinese poet remembered through this centuries-old heritage.
