Our Soup Dumplings, also known as Xiao Long Bao, originate from Shanghai and are filled with tender pork and delicate broth encased in a thin dumpling skin. Loved for their juicy filling and signature soup-filled centre.
Keep frozen at –18 °C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Steam Translucent 8-10
Place frozen pieces in a lined steamer, ensuring they don’t touch. Steam over rapidly boiling water for 8-10 minutes, or until translucent and cooked through.
