Our Salted Meat Sticky Rice Dumpling features glutinous rice filled with savoury seasoned meats, wrapped and cooked to develop rich, comforting flavours. Traditionally enjoyed during the Dragon Boat Festival, it is a classic Chinese dish with deep cultural significance. Hearty and satisfying, it is loved for its balance of texture and depth.

Keep frozen at –18 °C. Do not refreeze once thawed.

  • Steam Sticky Rice 30-35

Boil 25-30

Bring water to a rolling boil. Add frozen pieces and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through. Drain and serve.

Place frozen pieces in a lined steamer. Steam over rapidly boiling water for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through.
