Our Sticky Rice Lotus Leaf Wrap is made with fragrant glutinous rice, mushrooms, minced chicken and pork, wrapped in aromatic lotus leaf. It is a classic yum cha dish known for its depth of flavour and soft, satisfying texture. A traditional favourite enjoyed as part of a shared yum cha selection.

Steam Lotus Leaf 15-20

Place frozen pieces in a lined steamer. Steam over rapidly boiling water for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through. Remove lotus leaf before serving.
