Our Pork Dim Sim features a savoury filling made with Australian pork and vegetables, wrapped in a traditional dim sim skin. Hearty and full flavoured, it’s a well loved classic known for its comforting taste and generous bite.

: Keep frozen at –18 °C. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Place frozen pieces in a lined steamer. Steam over rapidly boiling water for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

Preheat oil to 180°C. Fry frozen pieces for 4-6 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain excess oil before serving.
