Our Chicken Feet are a yum cha essential, braised in a savoury black bean and garlic sauce with a touch of chilli. Known for their soft, gelatinous texture and rich flavour, they are a long standing classic on the yum cha table. Best enjoyed as part of a shared yum cha selection.
We take great pride in our dim sims, wrapping them by hand every day with local Australian ingredients and a whole lotta love, the same way we’ve done since 1984. Each piece is frozen fresh, giving you the comfort of handmade yum cha, ready to cook whenever you are.
Handmade in Australia using a blend of local and imported ingredients. We use Australian meat and fresh produce wherever possible, and select authentic Asian sauces and condiments from trusted overseas manufacturers to maintain traditional flavour.
