Our Bean Curd Roll (Sin Juk Guin) is packed with tender pork and prawn, encased in a delicate sheet of bean curd. Braised in a savoury oyster sauce, simply heat straight from the freezer.

: Keep frozen at –18 °C. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Steam 10-12

Place frozen pieces in a lined steamer. Steam over rapidly boiling water for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.

Pan Fry 3-5

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add frozen pieces and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden, or cooked through.

Microwave Rolls 2-3 Pieces

Place 2-3 frozen pieces in a microwave-safe container. Cover and heat on high for 3-4 minutes (based on a 900W microwave), or until cooked through.
