Our Shallot Pancake is made with flaky layers of dough and fragrant shallots, pan fried until crisp. Savoury and aromatic, it’s traditionally enjoyed with congee or enjoyed on its own.
We take great pride in our dim sims, wrapping them by hand every day with local Australian ingredients and a whole lotta love, the same way we’ve done since 1984. Each piece is frozen fresh, giving you the comfort of handmade yum cha, ready to cook whenever you are.
Handmade in Australia using a blend of local and imported ingredients. We use Australian meat and fresh produce wherever possible, and select authentic Asian sauces and condiments from trusted overseas manufacturers to maintain traditional flavour.
