Shallot Pancake

Our Shallot Pancake is made with flaky layers of dough and fragrant shallots, pan fried until crisp. Savoury and aromatic, it’s traditionally enjoyed with congee or enjoyed on its own.

Keep frozen at –18 °C. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Deep Fry 4-6

Preheat oil to 180°C. Fry frozen pieces for 4-6 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain excess oil before serving.

Oven Bake

Preheat oven to 200°C (fan forced). Place frozen product on a tray lined with baking paper. Lightly spray the product with oil. Bake for 20-22 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and crisp.

Air Fry 12-15

Lightly spray frozen pieces with oil. Air fry at 190°C for 12-15 minutes, or until golden. Shake halfway through.
