Our Scallop Dumpling features Australian scallop paired with a savoury filling, wrapped in a delicate dumpling skin. Rich yet refined, it’s enjoyed for its clean seafood flavour and satisfying texture.
Keep frozen at –18 °C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Steam Translucent 8-10
Place frozen pieces in a lined steamer, ensuring they don’t touch. Steam over rapidly boiling water for 8-10 minutes, or until translucent and cooked through.
Boil 6-8
Bring water to a rolling boil. Add frozen pieces and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until heated through. Drain and serve.
