Our Pan Fried Pork Bun is filled with savoury pork, Chinese cabbage and green onions, wrapped in a soft bun with a golden pan fried base. Hearty and satisfying, it is a classic street style bun with a crisp bottom and a fluffy bite.
Keep frozen at –18 °C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Steam 10-15
Place frozen pieces in a lined steamer. Steam over rapidly boiling water for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
Pan Fry 2-3
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add frozen pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes until base is golden. Add ¼ cup water, cover and steam 6-8 minutes, then uncover and cook 1 minute to crisp.
Microwave Buns
Place 2-4 frozen pieces in a microwave-safe container. Add 3 tbsp of water per 2 buns to maintain moisture. Cover and heat on high for 4-5 minutes (based on a 900W microwave), or until cooked through.
