Our Chinese New Year Coconut Milk Rice Cake is a traditional festive dessert made with glutinous rice flour and coconut milk. Soft and chewy in texture, it’s commonly enjoyed during Lunar New Year as a symbol of togetherness and prosperity.
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Best consumed within 2–3 days of purchase.
Pan Fry Cake
Slice into 1.5-2cm thick pieces. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add frozen pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden, or heated through.
