Our Fried Glutinous Rice Dumpling, also known as a Ham Sui Gok, has a juicy pork mince filling encased in glutinous rice dough shaped like a football. Crispy on the outside with a chewy centre, it’s a traditional favourite enjoyed for its distinctive texture.
Keep frozen at –18 °C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Deep Fry 4-6
Preheat oil to 180°C. Fry frozen pieces for 4-6 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain excess oil before serving.
Oven Bake
Preheat oven to 200°C (fan forced). Place frozen product on a tray lined with baking paper. Lightly spray the product with oil. Bake for 20-22 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and crisp.
Air Fry 12-15
Lightly spray frozen pieces with oil. Air fry at 190°C for 12-15 minutes, or until golden. Shake halfway through.
